I have just begun to take birth control again after a baby and year and half gap. I took it for about 7 years and am trying to make sure I don't get pregnant. I just began this week and don't plan on having sex until a month from now and would like to make sure that the pills are stronger than his sperm.How long do you have to take birth control until it becomes at the peak of effectiveness?
