I just took one of those online brain building courses, and in the inital evaluation it said that I have a high score under Cognitive Control. What does that mean? How does it appy in the 'real' world?What does it mean to have good Cognitive Control?
Good cognitive control is saying that you have control of your mind and that you do not easily jump to conclusions, you take your time and think out problems before reacting. It has to do with using your mind effectively.
