I lost my last pack of birth control, but I was on one of the last of the seven (the spacer pills). I have an extra pack, however, I have no idea how many I had left and no way to find out. What should I do? Would starting the new pack (possibly) early be worse than starting it (possibly) late?What happens if I start my next birth control early?
There is no harm in starting the next pack early. You will continue to be protected (which you would not be if you took the next pack late.)
Do you remember what day of the week you start a new pack? If you really can't remember, I would start taking the next pack right away.
